Elibariki Ndau Leonard is a consultant partner at Elinka Agr company. He holds an MA in Rural Development (Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania), BSc. in Food Science and Technology (Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania). His areas of specialization and interests include Food Security, post-harvest loss management, food processing and preservation, and product development of underutilized cereals, legumes, roots, and tubers.

He is a Principal Agriculture Consultant and has accumulated 19 years of working in different LGAs including Iramba DC, Mkalama DC, Ruangwa DC, Nanyamba TC, and Ushetu DC.
