Dr. Charles Mgaya

Dr. Charles Erasto Mgaya is the founding partner of the firm and one of the principal trainers at Elinka Agr Company, an experienced Veterinarian who worked with the Government for 28 years and with private enterprises for more than 28 years.

His experience with the Government and Private made him acquainted with many regions of Tanzania where he served in different positions from Assistant field officer to Senior Veterinary officer.

After retirement from the Government, he worked with international organizations as a consultant and trainer on modern poultry management to Poultry farmer groups of Aga Khan in Mtwara and Lindi regions for 4 years and poultry farmer groups of Hand in Hand East Africa from 2024 to date.

This was made possible after he graduated from Veterinary sciences step by step starting with a Certificate in Animal health, Diploma in Animal health, DVM, and Masters from Moscow Veterinary academy – USSR.
